![]() Remote workspaces often lack the same connection, bonding and culture that develops in an office environment and can lead to greater miscommunication and disorganization. In fact, a Stanford study shows that “performance can increase up to 13 percent by working from home.” While there are advantages to working from home, there are also disadvantages. Now that the restrictions have been eased, many companies continue to offer the remote work option because of the added benefits and convenience of working from home. Companies have increasingly prioritized remote workplaces in recent years because of the social distance restrictions of the COVID-19 pandemic.
